For customers
Post once, compare bids, keep the final say
Seven steps. Two of them — the confirmation window and the OTP — exist purely to protect you.

Post a service request
Choose one of eight categories, describe the problem, add photos, and pin the exact location on the map. Posting is free and there is no fee for customers at any stage.

Nearby approved providers bid
Your request appears in the feed of approved providers near you, ranked by real distance. Each sends a competing bid. They see your first name and general area — not your phone number.

Compare and accept one bid
Look at the price, the provider’s rating and written reviews from previous customers, then accept the bid you prefer. Your phone number is shared with that provider only.

The provider confirms within 5 minutes
5-minute windowOnce you accept, the provider has 5 minutes to confirm. If they do not, the request automatically reopens to the other bidders so you are not stuck waiting.

The work gets done
Use the booking chat — with photo and video attachments — to agree details. Everything said there is on record for both of you if a question comes up later.

Pay the provider directly
Cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa or NayaPay — straight to the provider. AsaanKam never holds or processes customer money.

Confirm completion with your OTP
6 digits · 15 minWhen the provider requests completion you receive a 6-digit code, valid for 15 minutes. Share it only when you are satisfied. Entering it closes the job — so if something is wrong, do not share it; report the issue instead.

What AsaanKam does — and does not do
AsaanKam does not hold your money, set prices, or employ providers. It gives you competing offers, a way to check who you are hiring, a record of the job, and a completion code only you can share.
AsaanKam does
- Show your request to approved providers nearby, ranked by distance
- Collect competing bids with prices you can compare
- Review provider identity documents before approval
- Keep a booking-scoped chat and job record
- Give you a completion OTP that closes the job
- Take and investigate behaviour reports, and freeze the booking while it does
AsaanKam does not
- Hold, process or escrow your money — you pay the provider directly
- Set prices or add a fee for customers
- Employ providers — they are independent, and your agreement is with them
- Conduct criminal background checks
- Guarantee work quality, pricing or arrival times
- Charge any commission on hiring

Bid on the work you want, near you
You are paid by the customer directly. AsaanKam’s 10% is booked to your ledger only after the customer confirms the job with their OTP.

Apply in six steps
Personal details, services offered, work area, documents (CNIC front and back), payment/settlement details, then review and submit.

Human review, then approval
Our team approves, rejects or asks for more. Until you are approved you cannot bid — that is enforced in the database, not just in the app.

See nearby requests and bid
Requests from customers in your work area appear in your feed, nearest first. Send a bid with your price. Bid on the jobs you want.

Confirm accepted bids fast
5-minute windowWhen a customer accepts your bid you have 5 minutes to confirm. Miss it and the request reopens to others. Once confirmed, you get the customer’s contact details.

Do the work, get paid directly
The customer pays you in cash or by mobile wallet. Request completion in the app; the customer enters their OTP to close the job.

10% commission on your ledger
10% · cap Rs. 2,000After the OTP is entered, 10% of the job value is booked against your ledger. Settle it from the app — report a payment with a screenshot and an admin confirms. Dues are capped at Rs. 2,000; at the cap you must settle before continuing.

Questions about the flow
You pay the provider directly — cash or mobile wallet (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay). AsaanKam does not hold or process your payment at any point.
When a provider requests completion you receive a 6-digit OTP in the app. It is valid for 15 minutes. Share it only once you are satisfied the job is done — entering it closes the job, so it is your final say.
The provider has 5 minutes to confirm the accepted bid. If they do not confirm in time, your request automatically reopens to the other bidders so you are not left waiting.
Yes, before the provider arrives. Repeated cancellations may affect your account standing.
A 10% platform commission on each completed job, booked against your ledger after the customer confirms with their OTP. You are paid directly by the customer and keep everything you charge minus that commission. Customers are never charged a fee.
