    Describe your problem

    Pick a category, add a description and photos, and pin the location on the map. Posting is free.

    Approved providers near you see the request, ranked by real distance, and send competing bids.

    Accept the best proposal

    Compare price, rating and reviews. The provider confirms within 5 minutes or the request reopens.

No fixed rate card, no middleman markup

AsaanKam does not set prices or add a fee on top. You pay the provider directly; the platform charges the provider 10% after the job is confirmed.

Safety & trust

We would rather tell you exactly what AsaanKam does than say we take safety seriously. These are the features that exist in the app today.

Zero tolerance for harassment and abuse

The Terms bind customers and providers equally. Substantiated reports lead to suspension or a permanent block, and where conduct appears criminal AsaanKam will report it to the police and support the affected person in registering an FIR.

AsaanKam does not conduct criminal background checks. Please still use your own judgment about who you allow into your home, and read a provider's ratings and reviews before accepting a bid.

  • Identity documents reviewed before approval

    Every provider submits CNIC front and back. Our team reviews them, and approval is enforced in the database — an unapproved account cannot bid.

  • Your number stays private until you choose

    Providers see your first name and general area. Your phone number is shared only with the provider whose bid you accept.

  • The completion code is yours to withhold

    A 6-digit OTP, valid 15 minutes, closes the job. Share it only when you are satisfied.

  • Chat, photos and a record of the job

    Booking-scoped in-app chat with photo and video attachments, so what was agreed is on record if there is a dispute.

  • Report Behaviour freezes the booking

    Either party can report harassment, abuse or unsafe conduct from the booking screen. The booking is frozen while our team reviews.

  • One block covers the whole account

    Admins can suspend a provider or block an account outright — locking out customer, provider, employer and jobseeker use at once.

If you are in immediate danger, call Police 15 or Rescue 1122 first, get to safety, and report in the app afterwards.

Post your service request, receive bids from nearby providers, pick the best one, and pay the provider directly after the job is done. AsaanKam takes a 10% commission from the provider — not from you.

You pay the provider directly — cash or mobile wallet (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay). AsaanKam does not hold or process your payment at any point.

When a provider requests completion you receive a 6-digit OTP in the app. It is valid for 15 minutes. Share it only once you are satisfied the job is done — entering it closes the job, so it is your final say.

A 10% platform commission on each completed job, booked against your ledger after the customer confirms with their OTP. You are paid directly by the customer and keep everything you charge minus that commission. Customers are never charged a fee.
